Orchestrating decentralized developer hackathons, bounty escrows, and automated prize distribution on Stellar.

Ecosystem hackathons and developer bounty programs frequently suffer from administrative delays, manual payout handling, opaque judging systems, and international wire transfer friction. Organizers need a transparent, smart-contract-enforced platform to lock bounty funds and disburse prizes automatically upon submission approval.
I engineered Stallion on the Soroban smart contract framework for the Stellar ecosystem:
Wrote Soroban smart contracts in Rust that lock sponsor bounty funds in on-chain escrow pools. Contracts enforce multi-signature judge authorizations before releasing prize payouts directly to winning developer wallet addresses.
Built an operational web application using Next.js 16 and Stellar SDK (Freighter / Albedo wallet integration), allowing developers to browse active bounties, submit pull requests, track leaderboards, and claim prize rewards instantly.
Architected on-chain Soroban escrow smart contracts for automated bounty lockup and release.
Streamlined submission reviews with multi-sig judge approvals and transparent scoring.
Reduced hackathon prize payout distribution times from weeks to sub-second on-chain execution.
Delivered a responsive developer dashboard for browsing open bounties, submitting PRs, and tracking payouts.
